| Q: |
Do we need a building? Can't we continue in rented facilities? |
| A: |
We can certainly continue to function as a church and pursue our mission in rented facilities (BCHS on Sundays and Rosedale Bible Church for youth and other ministries). However God has provided this land and this proposed campus project to use as an instrument for His glory. We can be even more effective in our mission if we have a physical presence on Stockdale Highway and our own facility that we can use 7 days a week. |

| Q: |
What "ministry space" will this Phase One building provide for? |
| A: |
Just about everything. We have designed this first Phase with enough flexibility for worship, children's ministry, youth, adult ministry and even hang-out opportunities in the cozy café and courtyard. We also hope to include some creative landscaping and a few recreational play areas. |
 |
| Q: |
How much will it cost? |
| A: |
Phase One cost estimates range from $4.5-5.5 million. The range indicates we have included some options to adjust the final design of the building and landscaping depending on how God provides through the campaign. |
 |
| Q: |
Will we acquire debt in building Phase One? |
| A: |
This depends on how God provides through the capital campaign. It is our preference to not have debt however we are willing and prepared to incur debt up to a reasonable level so as to not effect our other ministries. |
 |
| Q: |
When will construction on Phase One begin? |
| A: |
Much of that will be determined by how God provides through your involvement. At this point, optimistic estimates schedule breaking ground around the middle of 2007 with occupancy in the second half of 2008. |
 |
| Q: |
Does the Phase One building provide enough space for potential growth? |
| A: |
Yes. Plans are for a 400 seat worship facility. If needed, three services would allow for over 1,000 attendees before we would need to provide more space. |
 |
| Q: |
How long does this campaign last? |
| A: |
You will be encouraged to give a three-year financial commitment. |
 |

 |
| Q: |
How often should I give? |
| A: |
You are encouraged to give as much as you can towards your pledge in the initial cash offering and then spread out the rest as you choose:weekly, monthly, quarterly or even yearly gifts. Most people prefer to contribute weekly or bi-weekly. |
 |
| Q: |
How does my pledge effect my regular tithe? |
| A: |
The pledges are made for this three-year campaign and are intended to be above and beyond your normal tithe. Your regular giving continues to go towards the ministry and operating expenses of the church and your sacrificial campaign giving is in addition to that. |
 |
| Q: |
Can I give things other than cash? Securities? Property? |
| A: |
Yes, and many times they can work to your advantage. You may contribute stock, mutual funds, real estate, vehicles or other items. Just write them down on our pledge card. Also, look for a seminar during the campaign that will provide you with advice on how to best take advantage of tax benefits etc. |
 |
| Q: |
Is it possible to revise my commitment? |
| A: |
Certainly. You may do so at any time during the 3-year campaign period. |
 |
| Q: |
How will this campaign help me grow spiritually?
|
| A: |
Financial generosity and sacrifice is just one part of our walk of discipleship with God. But as we are willing to yield to His prompting in that area, God will be growing our faith and preparing us for so many more aspects of His Kingdom building mission. |
